Overview
Keck 12 volt groundwater sampling pumps are designed for efficient low flow purging and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells. Keck's special pumping head allows finely grained material to pass through it without clogging! No special tools are required for maintenance and they are easily disassembled for decontamination.
The pumps are supported by the power cable and are mechanically lowered to the desired depth. The power cable connects the pump to an electrically controlled monitor which can be operated with a 12 volt vehicle battery or other deep cycle marine battery. Water is pumped to the surface through 1/2” I.D. polyethylene or 3/8” I.D. Teflon tubing.
