Water Products > Clearview Disposable PVC Bailer
 Overview
Clearview Disposable PVC Bailers are truly the highest quality disposable bailers in the field. They sink faster without weight, do not bend or distort and retrieve large volumes of groundwater. In comparison, most polyethylene bailers leak. The leak can be a few drops per second or enough to empty your bailer before it is retrieved. The Clearview specially designed ball valve virtually eliminates all leakage allowing you to save time and money by reducing your sampling costs.
Why choose a Clearview Disposable PVC Bailer? Consider the following:
Specially Designed Tops
- Allow samples to be poured accurately, with little or no splashing.
- Incorporate a strong ridged tethering attachment for secure fastening of bailer rope.
Specially Designed Bottoms
- Incorporate a redesigned ball seat to help ensure the ball valve stays operational, without sample loss between ball and device.
- Large 1.60cm (0.65”) opening allowing for large volumes of product to rapidly fill the bailer with minimal disturbance to the sample. This allows for a greater sampling and/or purge rate, saving you time and money.
Features & Benefits
- PVC naturally sinks in water due to its specific gravity relative to water.
- No weights to restrict flow of sample entering and exiting bailer.
- PVC is very ridged, stays straight, never bending or distorting under normal care.
- The PVC material is transparent and assists in field sampling.
- Clearview Teflon and Polyethylene Bailers available on request.
- Various diameters available: 38mm, 19mm and 12mm.
- Sold individually or in boxes of 24.
