Never again, if you use the SIDEPAK Personal Sampling Pumps with the Smart Battery Management System. The 3 and 5 L/min SIDEPAK Personal Sampling Pumps weigh as little as 0.45kg (16oz). All models offer TSI's Smart Battery Management System with long-running NiMH or alkaline battery packs and provides precise run time information in minutes remaining.

All SIDEPAK pumps are intrinsically safe and ideal for the sampling of aerosols, gases and vapors in hazardous environments.

Advanced personal sampling pump models feature precision volumetric flow control, continuous measurement and logging of volumetric flow rate for accurate sample volume information, fully programmable multi-mode operation and convenient internal low-flow adjustment.

Filter Cassette

Use the 37 mm diameter filter cassette and filter papers to collect dust samples for later analysis. The cassette comes with a lapel clip to hold the cassette close to your mouth and nose. Papers sold separately.

Cyclone Kit

Used to discriminate between the respirable fraction and the other portions of the ambient aerosol. It is attached with a lapel clip to the worker near their head to sample the air they breathe. The cyclone is a Dorr-Oliver type and is designed to separate out particles smaller then 4 microns. Particles larger then 4 microns get trapped in the cyclone, those smaller than 4 microns pass through and are captured on the filter paper in the cassette holder on the end of the cyclone.

Sorbent Tube Holder

Use the sorbent tube holder with sorbent tubes to measure specific gas concentrations. Single, double and triple tube holders are available. Carbon Sorbent tubes sold separately.
